Scott Hughes has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience involving the disciplines of brokerage, development, equity/joint ventures, financing, appraisal, business valuation, property management and tax appeal. Scott has listed, sold, appraised, leased and developed real estate projects primarily throughout Alberta; these transactions have an aggregated value in excess of $1 billion.

He has won national brokerage awards for production achievements. His education includes an MBA from Royal Roads University in Victoria, the commercial real estate designations AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) from the Appraisal Institute of Canada, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in Chicago, and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) from Washington, DC.  Scott's diverse skill set provides a strong business acumen in assisting clients/organizations with their real estate needs.

Land / Investment Sales

Scott completed the land assembly and sold five of Edmonton's top business parks, as well as numerous land sales from the downtown core to urban development land, handling all asset classes.  In addition, clients have mandated Scott to sell and/or acquire office buildings, apartments, industrial complexes and retail centres.

Tenant / Landlord - Leasing

Scott has represented some of Canada's top pension funds in securing tenants for Edmonton's premier business parks. In addition, he has been mandated by Edmonton's top firms in securing office, industrial and retail space.
